Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions made in connection with services provided by Kavponerut through the kavponerut.biz platform. By completing a purchase or initiating a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Kavponerut accepts payments through major credit and debit cards, as well as other electronic payment methods made available at the time of checkout. The specific options displayed during the payment process represent all currently supported methods. Kavponerut reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All payment information is collected and processed by certified third-party payment processors. Kavponerut does not store, access, or retain your full card details on its own systems.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices listed on the platform are displayed in the currency indicated at the point of sale. Prices are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated on the checkout screen. Kavponerut operates as a transnational service and may display pricing in multiple currencies depending on your location and selected preferences.
The final amount charged may differ slightly from the displayed price due to currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider. Kavponerut is not responsible for any such differences or for additional fees imposed by your financial institution.
3. Billing Cycles and Subscription Charges
3.1 Recurring Billing
Where services are offered on a subscription basis, charges are applied automatically at the start of each billing cycle — monthly or annually, as selected during sign-up. By subscribing, you authorise Kavponerut to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled.
3.2 Renewal Notice
Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription status through your account settings. Kavponerut may send renewal reminders as a courtesy, but the absence of such a reminder does not exempt you from the renewal charge.
3.3 Plan Changes
If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, the new pricing takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Prorated adjustments may be applied at Kavponerut's discretion and will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
4. One-Time Purchases
Payments for one-time services, individual sessions, or standalone products are due in full at the time of purchase. Access to the purchased service or content is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Where a free trial or promotional pricing period is offered, it will be clearly described before you commit to payment. At the end of any trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the standard rate unless you cancel beforehand. Promotional rates apply only during the stated period and do not carry over to subsequent billing cycles.
6. Taxes and Additional Charges
Depending on your country or region of residence, applicable taxes such as value-added tax, goods and services tax, or similar levies may be added to your purchase. The applicable tax amount, if any, will be shown on the checkout screen before you confirm payment. You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the service under the laws of your jurisdiction.
7. Payment Failures and Declined Transactions
If a payment attempt fails or is declined, Kavponerut will notify you and may attempt to reprocess the charge at intervals over a reasonable period. During this time, access to paid features may be suspended. If payment is not successfully received within the grace period, your account may be downgraded or deactivated. You remain responsible for any outstanding balance.
To avoid service interruption, ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date at all times.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
8.1 General Policy
All payments are final unless otherwise specified in the service description or required by applicable consumer protection law. Kavponerut does not offer refunds for partially used billing periods or for services already rendered.
8.2 Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered in cases of documented technical failure on the part of Kavponerut that prevented access to the service, or where a duplicate charge has occurred due to a processing error. Such requests must be submitted to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the charge and include sufficient detail to allow investigation.
8.3 Cancellation Effect
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid. You retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you believe an incorrect charge has been made, you are encouraged to contact Kavponerut directly at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Kavponerut will investigate and respond promptly. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of your account and recovery of associated fees.
10. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify Kavponerut immediately. You are advised to safeguard your login credentials and not share them with third parties.
11. Changes to Payment Terms
Kavponerut reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, Kavponerut will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.
